The scope, price and schedule of any project are set in a written proposal that you accept before work begins.

Rebate and Program Information

Rebate amounts, eligibility rules and program details described on this site reflect our understanding of the 2026 program year and may change. Mass Save and your utility decide eligibility and final rebate amounts.

Any rebate figure we give before the program accepts your paperwork is an estimate.

Financing

HEAT Loans are made by participating banks and credit unions, not by HVAC Financing Nahant. The lender alone decides approval and sets loan terms. Information on this site is general and is not a loan offer.
